Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

  • Refund policy is applicable only for One-Time Purchase.
  • If any one is not satisfied with EasyPOS BD software, Client may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • To request a refund, please contact us through +8801711927909 or write an email to info@easyposbd.com . Please include your name, username, address and a description why you are requesting a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that you have violated any terms of our software license agreement.
  • Please note that any installation or customization fees are non-refundable.It may be up-to 90% of the total price.
  • Client has to return our source code as we provided at the time of deployment.
  • If refund is granted, we will issue the refund to the original bank/mobile wallet account. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process.
  • If you have purchased a subscription or a software as-a-service (SaaS), you will not get any refund from EasyPOS BD.
