Refund policy is applicable only for One-Time Purchase.
If any one is not satisfied with EasyPOS BD software, Client may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment.
To request a refund, please contact us through +8801711927909 or write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your name, username, address and a description why you are requesting a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that you have violated any terms of our software license agreement.
Please note that any installation or customization fees are non-refundable.It may be up-to 90% of the total price.
Client has to return our source code as we provided at the time of deployment.
If refund is granted, we will issue the refund to the original bank/mobile wallet account. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process.
If you have purchased a subscription or a software as-a-service (SaaS), you will not get any refund from EasyPOS BD.
